INSPIRE - designing inspiring and productive workspaces.

We are renowned for our inspiring and productive workspace designs that transform our clients’ office environments. What drives the design process at Most Interiors is our passion to make every individual project tailored to a client’s specific needs and aspirations.

Office design is so much more than consideration of colour, lighting and furnishings. Our design approach includes analysis, discovering and understanding of a building’s purpose now and in the future, all of which input into our creative ideas.

design inspiration

We believe inspiration begins with initial conversations with our clients. We thrive on providing design solutions that will meet our client’s needs. We take time to listen and never assume or tell a client what is required. All of our clients are directly involved in the design process as this results in a far superior understanding of an office refurbishment project. Client involvement is also hugely beneficial to our designers helping them to accurately draw relevant schemes.

the design process

Our design processes are mapped and systemised to ensure efficient development of every project.

Client brief

Our projects team starts the design process by asking our clients the right questions to ensure we obtain a good brief.

  • Understand client needs e.g. the utilisation of space for a growing team and futureproofing required for longer term plans
  • Define physical requirements e.g. the seating and number of desks required, storage space etc
  • Define design requirements e.g. style desired, branding colours to use, types of materials for furnishings and surfaces
  • Discussion of project budget and timeline.

Site survey

Following the approval of the project brief our design team will visit the site to carry out a detailed survey.

  • Survey of site including measurement of the space to create accurate floorplans
  • Inventory of existing furniture, fixtures and equipment
  • Space planning including furniture layouts in accordance with health and safety regulation

2D plan

Following the site survey our design team will produce a 2D plan with images to layout the proposed initial design.

  • Creation of a 2D plan of the initial design layout
  • Estimated budget costs based on the plan
  • Client review and amendments.

Mood boards

Our design team will produce a mood board to help bring to life the 2D plan and explain the creative concepts. This helps clients to get a feel of the design proposal for their new office.

  • Presentation of a selection of concepts including colour palette, signage, furniture coverings, flooring, lighting, furnishings and finishes
  • Fully annotated to explain the proposed design specification
  • Client review and amendments.

3D plan

Our 3D plans enable the client to ‘walk through’ the space with their chosen furniture and colours, providing confidence that the new office design will work successfully when it is built.

  • Finalise detailed 3D design plans to demonstrate how the space will feel in a real life context
  • Refined cost proposal based on the 3D plan
  • Client review and amendments made
  • Client approval.
