We have a fantastic new role for a high-quality tele-appointment maker. Working alongside the sales team, you will be responsible for making outbound Business to Business calls. You will be forming new relationships with potential clients and arranging appointments for our professional sales team.
The right person will be very confident, articulate and a delight to interact with. You will have worked on your own within a sales environment without detailed supervision and have a track record in achieving targets. We are looking for someone who will persist getting results. You’ll be happy speaking to middle and Senior Managers in client companies. Experience from the world of office fit-outs is a definite advantage.
The role involves calling businesses that are not clients yet. Therefore, experience and a persuasive personality are essential.
We have a quality up to date list of companies to contact. However, we will also be calling upon your expanding knowledge and experience to find out about other potential leads using LinkedIn in particular. You’ll be encouraged using your own initiative identifying the best people to call whether they are company leaders or senior managers who have Facilities roles.
You will have scope to really make this role your own. Pay is good and there is an excellent bonus scheme that pays based on your results. We also have lovely incentives such as “dinner for 2”, “early finish” and “red letter day”.

Working hours are flexible between 8.00 am and 4.30 pm during the working week and our offices are located on Several Business Park in Colchester.
