When moving out of a rented space, you are always faced with the issue of leaving the building as found. In this case the client had been in the space for 8 years, so was faced with an extensive dilapidation schedule.
Our client was already dealing with the pressures of finding the new space to rent and then organising the move to the new premises. They wanted to be able to hand over the dilapidation schedule to Most Interiors. We would then do all the work required to the Landlord's satisfaction and then, on behalf of the client, hand back the keys on time, snag free.
