An office refit to maximise space for our client’s growing team.
An office space in a basement area no longer had enough space to accommodate the number of staff using it. There were three desks in the room and one filing cabinet so the office was missing vital storage as well has becoming a bit of a squeeze.
The space needed to be reconsidered to increase the seating to allow for six hot desks required for the growing number of team members working in the room.
4 weeks from the point of order of bespoke furniture to completion of build.
The Most Interiors team developed a flexible benching system around the sides of the room to create the required space for hot desk working. The desks were manufactured without legs using brackets to fix them to wall. This ingenious solution meant that there were no legs getting in the way of people sitting.
The moveable screens allow the desk space to be adapted depending on the number of people using the benches. This provided a completely flexible working solution.
The addition of overhead units provided much needed storage space for the team. Under and over unit LED lighting also brightened the room and helped to create the feeling of space.
I just wanted to say thank you for the job you have done on our office. It is a(Jason Williams, Eudelo)
much nicer environment now. Our staff are happy, we can work more effectively and
we can fit more people in, while at the same time the whole room seems larger. You
did a great job with the design, and everyone in the Most Interiors team were very pleasant to
deal with, and came up with some great ideas on the fly which made the end result
even better. Our only regret is that we did not do this earlier!
